I am looking for a special item, can you help?

At Oeben’s we offer a wide selection of brands & selected goods. But we know there is always more to want. We are friends with suppliers & stores all over the world, so if you are looking for an item we do not stock, we are always happy to help you find it! Let us know via lostandfound@oebens.com.

  

The item I want so bad is sold out, but I really, really, really want it!

Please send a e-mail to Daan (daan@oebens.com) and give him some work to do! Let him know which item you want and he will do his best to order it for you!

 

What size do I need?

We try do describe the fit of every item available. But we know it still can be difficult to determine what size you need. If you are in doubt, please contact us via shop@oebens.com and we will give you some extra personal advise!

 

What payments does Oeben’s accept?

We accept online-payments with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, iPay, PayPal or iDeal (only Netherlands).

 

Can I return my items?

At Oeben’s we always try to give the best advice & service. However, it could happen that your purchase is not as expected. In that case it is possible to return these items within 14 days after the delivery date. Read more at Shipping & Returns.

 

Did you receive my returned order?

As soon as we receive & processed your return we will send a confirmation by email. In busy periods we could need an extra day or two!
