We try to sent out all orders within one day. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment as soon as the package leaves the store.

Returns:

At Oeben’s we always try to give the best advice & service. However, it could happen that your purchase is not as expected. In that case it is possible to return these items within 14 days after the delivery date.

We only accept returns in original state and packaging. We hope and expect that you will treat the goods with the same love as we do, so please use a protective, sealed box to return your items.
